December 15, 1961 - May 30, 2017Jerome Gann, resident of Hayward, California passed away on May 30, 2017 at the age of 56. Loving son to Phyllis and Fred Hunt. Survived by his mother Phyllis, Aunt Jackie, Uncle Don and many cousins. He was pre-deceased by his father in 1989.
