Yolanda Hortencia Rubio entered peacefully into rest in Oakland, California on August 31, 2020. She was 70 years old.

Born December 12, 1949 in Texas to parents Margie and Pedro Rubio, Yolanda worked as a cosmetologist for over 40 years. She is survived by many loving family members and friends, and will be greatly missed.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Grissom's Chapel & Mortuary.
