Yen Ngoc Phan entered peacefully into rest at home in San Leandro, California on June 3, 2021. She was 63 years old.

Born October 25, 1957 in Vietnam, Yen worked as a manicurist for over 15 years. She is survived by many loving family members and friends and will be deeply missed.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Grissom's Chapel & Mortuary.
