Wilma Elizabeth Bow entered peacefully into rest in Oakland, California on December 1, 2019. She was 84 years old.

Born June 13, 1935 in St. Louis, Missouri to parents Violet and William Allen Jr., Wilma worked as a manager of a pawn shop for over 20 years. She is survived by many loving family members and friends, and will be greatly missed.

Visitation for Wilma will be held from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at Grissom's Chapel & Mortuary, 267 E. Lewelling Blvd., San Lorenzo, CA. Funeral Mass will take place at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at St. Elizabeth Church, 1500 34th Ave, Oakland, CA 94601. Wilma will be laid to rest in St. Louis, Missouri.
