William Westphal Vincent entered peacefully into rest at home in Capitola, California on April 14, 2021. He was 90 years old.

Born March 31, 1931 in California to parents Marion and Verle Vincent, William worked for PG&E for over 35 years. He is survived by many loving family members and friends and will be deeply missed.
