William R. Hoover, resident of San Ramon, CA. passed away Wednesday, October 26, 2016.

In the words of his children:

Bill passed away at 90 years young. He was preceded in death by his wife Bettie. Our dad leaves behind his loving friends and family and many friends.

A celebration of life will be held December 4th at 2:00 P.M. at the Masonic Lodge #321, 3370 Hopyard Rd., Pleasanton, CA 94588
