William Clark Fancher was preceded in death by his parents Mary Louise Fancher and Earl Kenneth Fancher SR. from Syracuse New York. Brother, Earl K. Fancher from Salem, Oregon, and brother Gerald E Fancher from Syracuse, New York.
William Fancher is survived by daughters Catherine and Julie Fancher, and former wife Mary Fancher from San Ramon, CA. Brother, Calvin E. Fancher from Suffolk, VA. Sister, Jeanne Roulstin from Weedsport, NY., and several nieces and nephews.
William Fancher graduated from North Syracuse High School and Saddleback College.  He served with the U.S Navy in Norfolk, VA, Miramar in San Diego, CA and on the USS Constellation.
William worked for McDonnell Douglas and Boeing Corporation as an International Field Service Engineer.  He enjoyed working abroad residing in London, England, Frankfurt, Germany, Stockholm, Sweden, Singapore, Guangzhou, China and Bangkok, Thailand.
Private services will be held, Internment will be a military burial at the San Joaquin National cemetery with military honors.
