William Douglas Hoover entered peacefully into rest at home in Pleasanton, California on November 4, 2020. He was 58 years old.

Born April 3, 1962 in California to parents Bettie and William Hoover, William worked as a handyman for many years. He is survived by many loving family members and friends, and will be greatly missed.
