Wei-Tsai Teng entered peacefully into rest at home in San Ramon, California on December 15, 2020. He was 99 years old.

Born March 9, 1921 in China, Wei-Tsai worked as a civil engineer for over 45 years. He is survived by many loving family members and friends, and will be greatly missed.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Grissom's Cremation & Burial Centers.
