Wanda Niska Reed-Diamond entered peacefully into rest at home in Oakland, California on July 31, 2023. She was 68 years old.

Born July 13, 1955 in California to parents Willa and Melvin Reed, Wanda worked as an eligibility clerk for Alameda County for 42 years. She is survived by her husband Vinceson Diamond and many other loving family members and friends and will be deeply missed.
