Victor Manual Moreno Jr. entered peacefully into rest in San Ramon, California on March 17, 2021. He was 82 years old.

Born August 23, 1938 in Texas to parents Mercedes and Victor Moreno, Victor worked as an insurance broker for over 30 years. He is survived by his wife Robin and many other loving family members and friends, and will be deeply missed.
