Vickki C. Moreland-Branch entered peacefully into rest at home in San Leandro, California on April 30, 2024. She was 67 years old.

Born September 11, 1956 in California to parents Margi and Ardie Moreland, Vickki worked as a clerk tech for the Department of Motor Vehicles for 14 years. She is survived by many loving family members and friends and will be deeply missed.
