Vicenta Liborio Cisneros entered peacefully into rest in Castro Valley, California on April 28, 2023. She was 76 years old.

Born September 11, 1946 in Mexico to parents Aurora and Pedro Liborio Lopez, Vicenta worked as a homemaker. She is survived by many loving family members and friends and will be deeply missed.
