Vera Lorraine Day entered peacefully into rest at home in Oakland, California on December 23, 2021. She was 70 years old. 

Born April 13, 1951 in California to parents Lazell and Joseph Day, Vera worked as a homemaker for over 40 years. She is survived by many loving family members and friends and will be deeply missed.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Grissom's Chapel & Mortuary.
