Vance Richard Sutley entered peacefully into rest in Castro Valley, California on October 9, 2021. He was 90 years old.

Born April 3, 1931 in Los Angeles, California to parnets Merle and William Sutley, Vance served as a Corporal and went on to work as a housing officer instructor in the US Army. He is survived by many loving family members and friends and will be deeply missed.

Vance will be laid to rest at Sacramento Valley National Cemetery with his late wife Jean Sutley.
