Thomas Dowling entered peacefully into rest in Antioch, California on January 4, 2020. He was 59 years old.

Born February 25, 1960 in Canada to parents Kathleen and Robert Dowling, Thomas is survived by his siblings Christopher, Brian and Nora; his mother Kathleen; and many other loving family members and friends. 

Arrangements have been entrusted to Grissom's Chapel & Mortuary.
