Terri B. McWilliams-Payton entered into rest on June 29, 2022, at the age of 68.

Terri was born in California on May 6, 1954, to parents Fred McWilliams Jr. and Mildred Willis. After recieving her master's degree, she went on to dedicate 30 years to working in parking supervision.

Her care has been entrusted to Grissom's Mortuary.
