Teresa Ann Lund entered peacefully into rest in San Leandro, California on February 23, 2024. She was 64 years old.

Born April 22, 1959 in California to parents Mary Lou and William Moutinho, Teresa worked as a mobile home insurance underwriter for 42 years. She is survived by many loving family members and friends and will be greatly missed.
