Stephen Sinclair Otis entered peacefully into rest in Livermore, California on July 13, 2023. He was 64 years old.

Born March 16, 1959 in California to parents Diane and Paul Otis, Stephen worked as a contractor for 40 years. He is survived by his beloved wife Suzanne and many other loving family members and friends, and will be deeply missed.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Grissom’s Chapel & Mortuary.
