Stanley “Stan” Jerome Billingsley entered peacefully into rest in Hayward, California on December 29, 2019. He was 78 years old.

Born August 13, 1941 in Mounds, Illinois to parents Frances Clifford and Orville Leon Billingsley, Stan graduated from CSU-Hayward in 1986 with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. He owned a liquor store for 16 years and then worked as a defense contract specialist for Lockheed. He was a member of the BPOE Elks and enjoyed cribbage, golf, and watching historical movies.

Stanley is survived by his wife of 49 years, Vicki Billingsley; children Randall Billingsley (Kristine) and Shawna Olachea (Chris); grandchildren Grace Billingsley, Amanda Olachea, Luke Billingsley and Thomas Billingsley; and brother Robert Delano Billingsley. He was preceded in death by his sister Janet and grandson Samuel.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Grissom’s Chapel & Mortuary.
