Son Mo Kim entered peacefully into rest at home in Castro Valley, California on February 17, 2024. He was 84 years old.

Born April 22, 1939 in Korea to parents Nam and Chi Kim, Son worked as a computer mechanic for 30 years. He is survived by many loving family members and friends and will be deeply missed.

Care has been entrusted to Grissom's Mortuary.
