Sheila Darcell Williams entered peacefully into rest in Hayward, California on July 15, 2020. She was 60 years old.

Born October 18, 1959 in California to parents Willie and Donald Chestra, Sheila worked as a driver for over 5 years. She is survived by many loving family members and friends, and will be greatly missed.
