Sheela Doulatram Kotwani passed away October 11, 2018 at the age of 67. She was born in India on June 17, 1951 to parents Kala and Bhimandas Bilwani. 

A Visitation for Sheela will be held Sunday, October 14, 2018 from 9:00 - 11:00 AM at Grissom's Chapel & Mortuary, 267 E. Lewelling Blvd., San Lorenzo, CA, 94580, with services to be held at 11:00 AM, also at Grissom's.
