Sara Emilia LaFarga entered peacefully into rest at home in San Leandro, California on April 12, 2021. She was 106 years old.

Born October 16, 1914 in Mexico to parents Stephana and Salvador Vargas, Sara worked as a seamstress for over 50 years. She is survived by her daughters Elizabeth LaFarga and Virginia Powers, and will be deeply missed.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Grissom's Chapel & Mortuary.
