Sandra Lee Vanhulle entered peacefully into rest in Richmond, California on April 10, 2024. She was 76 years old.

Born August 9, 1947 in California to parents John and Joanne Miller, Sandra worked as a code enforcement officer for 25 years. She is survived by many loving family members and friends and will be deeply missed.
