Sabrina Patricia Masangcay was born on May 24, 1961, in Biloxi, Mississippi, and was called home to be with the Lord on April 11, 2021. She is the daughter of MSgt. Policarpio Y. Masangcay, USAF (dec), of Pampanga, Philippines, and Colette Masangcay of Paris, France. Sabrina was the second child of three. She had an older brother, Chester, and a younger sister, Valerie. Sadly, her parents and siblings have all passed before her. She was the last surviving member of her family.

Sabrina is survived by her nieces and nephews, Sabrina, Raymond, Marissa, David and Matthew. Also, by a plethora of aunts, uncles and 29 first cousins.

After her parents’ passing in 1971, Sabrina and her siblings were raised by extended family. She and her sister, Valerie, lived with family in Angeles City, Pampanga, Philippines. In 1978, they returned to the United States. After Valerie’s passing in 2002, Sabrina moved into an assisted living home in Castro Valley, California. She is now reunited with her family.
