Rosa Marie Velazquez entered peacefully into rest in Hayward, California on August 25, 2021. She was 73 years old.

Born April 3, 1948 in Puerto Rico to parents Isabel and Juan Velazquez, Rosa worked as a care provider for over 10 years. She is survived by many loving family members and friends, and will be deeply missed.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Grissom's Chapel & Mortuary.
