Robert “OG Rob” Marcus entered peacefully into rest in Pleasanton, California on May 15, 2023. He was 72 years old.

Born August 16, 1950 in Berkeley, California to parents Gene Marcus and Librada Garcia, Robert attended Berkeley and Emery High Schools and graduated in 1968. He went on to work for San Lorenzo Glass as a Glazier for 50 years. Robert loved watching the Raiders and NASCAR, spending time with his granddaughters, working on classic cars, his corvette, eating Oreos, and resting his eyes (napping!). He was the best Grandpa.

Robert is survived by his children Adrian Marcus-Flores; Robert Marcus Jr., and Daniel Marcus; grandchildren Brandie Flores, Brittany Marcus, Taylor Marcus, Samantha Flores, Antonia Flores and Eryn Marcus; siblings Richard Marcus and Raymond Marcus; and many other loving family members and friends. He will be greatly missed.
