Robert Louis Price entered peacefully into rest at home in Oakland, California on January 11, 2020. He was 84 years old.

Born September 16, 1935 in Epps, Louisiana to parents Alice and Curtis Price Sr., Robert worked as a foreman at Glass Iron Motor for over 25 years, after graduating from the Carver School. He loved playing pool and swimming.

Robert is survived by his children Robert Price Jr., Darlene Price, Tyrone Price, Frederick Price Sr., and Tangela Price; grandchildren Tonya Powell, LaTara Cunningham, Shenice, Frederick Jr., Demarrea, Bridgett, Roshawn, Kayla, CJ, Bridja, and Desiree; 4 great grandchildren; and siblings Curtis Price Jr., Annie Ruth Price and Edell Price Sr.

Visitation for Robert will be held from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM on Monday, January 20, 2020 at Grissom’s Chapel & Mortuary, 267 E. Lewelling Blvd., San Lorenzo, CA.
