Richard Earl Dunbar entered peacefully into rest in Hayward, California on September 26, 2020. He was 68 years old.

Born March 22, 1952 in Mississippi to parents Dorothy and Edgar Dunbar, Richard is survived by many loving family members and friends. He will be greatly missed.
