Rainer Friedrich Heckmaier entered peacefully into rest in San Ramon, California on January 12, 2024. He was 82 years old.

Born February 23, 1941 in Germany to parents Klara and Maximilian Heckmaier, Rainer worked as a mechanical engineer. He is survived by many loving family members and friends and will be greatly missed.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Grissom’s Cremation & Burial Centers.
