Rafael Reyes Icban entered peacefully into rest in Fremont, California on April 17, 2023. He was 71 years old.

Born December 27, 1951 in the Philippines, Rafael worked as a merchandiser. He is survived by many loving family members and friends and will be greatly missed.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Grissom’s Chapel & Mortuary.
