Rachel Ycedra Brown entered peacefully into rest in Oakland, California on March 29, 2021. She was 43 years old.

Born November 12, 1977 in California to parents Beverly and Clarence Newton, Rachel worked in customer service. She is survived by many loving family members and friends, and will be deeply missed.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Grissom's Chapel & Mortuary.
