Prabha Devi entered into rest on May 16, 2023, at the age of 89.

Prabha was born in Fiji Islands on March 16, 1934 to parents Bal Deo and Ram Kali. She was raised in Samabula 3 Miles (Nambua) in Suva. She came to the United States in 2005 and spent 18 years living in San Bruno.

During her free time, Prabha enjoyed watching Hindi TV serials, cooking, and socializing with people by telling stories about her life and what she had experienced.

Prabha was a loving mother to Atma Nand, Pratish Nand, and Renuka Singh. She was the beautiful wife of Barma Nand. Together they were happily married for 67 years. She leaves behind her husband, three children, four grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. Along with four sisters and two brothers who live abroad.
