Philip “Bebop, Butch, Sherman” Rodrigues entered peacefully into rest on January 10, 2018 in Modesto, CA. He was 65 years old.

Born in Oakland, CA on May 14, 1952 to proud parents, Thomas and Isabel Rodrigues. Philip was a retired Printer of 15 years at Georgia Pacific. His hobbies were Playing Baseball growing up, Watching Warriors Games, enjoyed listening to blues and jazz music. As well as spending time with family. Philip attended Corvallis Elementary, Washington Manor Middle School, and Marina High School.

Philip is survived by his Children: Kyle Rodrigues, Brittany Rodrigues Munoz and Siblings: Shirley, Thomas, Barbara, and Gwendolyn. He was pre-deceased by his wife of 28 years, Gloria Whalen-Rodrigues (2017) and his sister Shirley Pena. 

A Celebration of His Life will be on Friday, January 19, 2018 at 12:00PM at Grissom’s Chapel and Mortuary 267 E. Lewelling Blvd. San Lorenzo, CA 94580.
