Philip Harmer Kellogg entered peacefully into rest at home in Dublin, California on December 1, 2019. He was 67 years old.

Born December 8, 1951 in Oregon to parents Rita and Robert Kellogg, Philip worked as a guitarist all his life. He is survived by his wife Chari Belon.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Grissom's Chapel & Mortuary.
