Peter Hill West entered peacefully into rest in Castro Valley, California on March 27, 2020, at the age of 70. He was born August 7, 1949 in Oakland, California to parents Lucille and Gordon West. 

Arrangements have been entrusted to Grissom's Chapel & Mortuary.
