Patricia “Pat” On passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, warmth, and cherished memories. Born in Suva, Fiji Islands, on March 17 th, 1969 Pat immigrated to the United States when she was 7 years old, in 1976 with her brothers and sisters. Pat was an adventurous soul that enjoyed meeting new people and helping anyone that needed it. She married in 2000 to Sunny On and had two beautiful children, Catherine and Nicholas.

Pat lived life to the fullest enjoying every moment with family and she loved taking trips with her sisters and relishing all the places she traveled to. She will be remembered for joyful smiles, generous spirit, engaging conversations, and unwavering love for her family and friends. Pat’s compassion touched the lives of all who knew her, and her memory will continue to inspire those she leaves behind. Her laughter filled every room, and her warmth made everyone feel welcome. Pat cherished meaningful moments, whether gathered around the dinner table or exploring new adventures with loved ones.

She is survived by her husband Sunny, her children Catherine and Nicholas, her sisters and brothers and numerous loving relatives and friends. Pat’s life was a testament to the power of kindness and connection. She will be deeply missed but forever remembered in our hearts.
