Patricia Catherine Sullivan entered peacefully into rest in San Francisco, California on January 25, 2021. She was 75 years old.

Born April 8, 1945 in New York to parents Catherine and William Sullivan, Patricia worked as a therapist for over 40 years. She is survived by many loving family members and friends, and will be deeply missed.
