Patricia Ann Madsen entered peacefully into rest in San Jose, California on October 19, 2019. She was 73 years old.

Born March 31, 1946 in California to parents Hazel and George Singer, Patricia worked as a special education teacher for over 20 years. She is survived by her husband Roger, son Timothy and many loving family members and friends. She is loved and she is missed.
