Oscar Arrue Mulatillo passed away in Castro Valley on August 16, 2017. He was 22 years old. 
Oscar was born in El Salvador on January 21, 1995 to Miguel Gutierrez and Milagro Mulatillo. He became an installer in a store manufacturing and worked there for 3 years. 
He's survived by his partner; Wendy and daughter; Donaji. His loved siblings Jonathan and Laura Arrue. He would hold family gatherings and BBQs.
Oscar was always in a happy mood. He loved to sing, dance, and party. He also loved cars and driving.
