Ora Lee Austin Small entered peacefully into rest in Sacramento, California on May 8, 2024. She was 89 years old.

Born September 16, 1934 in Texas to parents Lucinda and George Austin, Ora served as a City Council Board member for 10 years. She is survived by many loving family members and friends, and will be deeply missed.
