Norbert entered peacefully into rest on March 16, 2022. He was 50 years old. 

Born on March 28, 1971 to Norbert Vaughn and Ollie Richardson. He worked as a Manager for an auto detailing company. Norbert will be greatly missed by many family and friends. 

Visitation and church services will be held Monday March 28,2022 from 11am to 1 pm at Faith Fellowship Church, 577 Manor Blvd, San Leandro, CA 94579.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Grissom's Chapel & Mortuary.
