Nancy Lee Lyons was born at Eden Hospital in Castro Valley, California, on September 26, 1955. She passed away peacefully on July 4, 2025, the 35 anniversary of her mother's death, at Carlton Senior Living in San Leandro, California. She was 69 years old. Nancy grew up in San Lorenzo and graduated from Arroyo High School in 1973. She worked for CSAA as an insurance clerk, purchased a home on Via Honda, and when she retired, she returned to her parents home, where she lived until January 2024. She was preceeded in death by her mother, Shirley, her father Marvin (Pat), and her sister, Patsy. She is survived by her cat, Raven, and her three cousins; Kimmie Ann, Kenda, and Larry. Nancy loved to bake cookies, and friends always requested her to bring her deviled eggs to parties. She was very crafty, enjoyed the music from her early adult years, loved taking pictures, going to her cabin in Truckee, cruising, dumpster diving, and shopping with her girl friends. Nancy's sense of humor will be missed.
