Nagalakshmi Ramaprasad Setlur was a strong, loyal woman. She was the matriarch of 456, embracing her expansive role as a loving wife, mother, mother-in-law and grandmother. During her last few years, she graduated to the role of great-grandmother. 

Growing up, her love and enthusiasm for riding her bicycle earned her the nickname “cycle Nagu.” As her family grew, she imparted her wisdom and exuded her calm and composed demeanor to everyone around her.

Perhaps her most noteworthy accomplishments are her works of hand-stitched art. These masterpieces will be constant reminders of her grace and talent, and will be passed down for many generations to come.

She is survived by her son (Satyanarayana), daughter-in-law (Chaya), granddaughter (Nagashree), grandson (Suraj) and his family (Poonam, Jiya, Maya). 

We will miss her dearly. May her soul rest in peace
