Mrs. Purnama entered peacefully into rest in Castro Valley, California on April 1, 2024. She was 86 years old.

Born October 31, 1937 in Fiji to parents Applamma and Ram Sami, Purnama worked as a homemaker. She is survived by many loving family members and friends and will be deeply missed.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Grissom’s Chapel & Mortuary.
