Mildred Black entered peacefully into rest in Oakland, California on August 25, 2020. She was 96 years old.

Born August 29, 1923 in South Dakota to parents Gertrude and William Champion, Mildred worked as a waitress for many years. She is survived by many loving family members and friends, and will be greatly missed.
