Michael Edward Welsh entered peacefully into rest in Walnut Creek, California on August 8, 2021. He was 83 years old.

Born January 11, 1938 in Minnesota to parents Ruth and Thomas Welsh, Michael worked as a civil engineer for Caltrans for 38 years. He is survived by his wife Dawn and many other loving family members and friends, and will be deeply missed.
