Mary "Liz" Green passed away January 9, 2019 at the age of 87. She was born August 30, 1931 in Alabama to parents Carolyn and Eddie Gwinn. 

Mary worked as a machinist at Hewlett-Packard for over 35 years, after graduating from Central High in Mobile, Alabama and earning her Associate's degree. She enjoyed line dancing and bowling at Cloverleaf.

Mary is survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and siblings Rosa Clark, Daisy Igalisa, and Bernice Jackson. She was the fifth of eight children. 

Visitation for Mary will be held from 9:00 - 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at Palma Ceia Baptist Church, 28605 Ruus Rd., Hayward, CA 94544, with services to follow at 11:00 AM. Mary will be laid to rest at Mt. Eden Cemetery in Hayward, CA on Monday, January 21, 2019 at 11:00 AM.
