Martha Miramontes suddenly passed away in Fremont, CA. surrounded by friends and family, on Thursday, December 28, 2016. She was 45 years old.

 Martha leaves behind her 2 daughters; Tiffany and Tatiana, her brothers and sisters, her mother, her extended and loving family along with her wide spread group of supportive friends. Martha will be missed deeply. Her kind and gentle heart will never be forgotten. Martha was so full of life and loved giving back to those in need. She was known for her big smile and her sweet laughter. Martha loved her Bay Area sports teams. She was a die-hard San Francisco Giants fan and loved the Golden State Warriors.

A visitation will be held on Monday, January 9, 2017 at Grissom’s Chapel and Mortuary in San Lorenzo at 4:00 P.M. as well as a Funeral Mass on Thursday, January 12, 2017 at St Patrick Church in Oakland, CA.
